Casey Philharmonic Orchestra: The Nutcracker. Sat 20th Dec @ 7:30pm & Sun 21st Dec @ 2:30pm. One of the world’s most famous and beloved ballets, Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker is one of the most performed productions in the world. Based on Alexandre Dumas’ 1844 short story of the same title, the ballet is set on Christmas Eve and follows the adventures of young dancer Clara and her Nutcracker Prince across many magical settings.
