It's all about markets, music and bingo this week in Casey. It kicks off with the legendary Marcia Hines performing for one night only ( This Saturday night, 23rd ) at Bunjil Place. Tickets are still available at the time of writing this email but that will change fast.
This week we have a mix of cover bands, drag bingo, music bingo, 4 markets an expo and the launch of the movie WICKED at Village.
Marcia Hines is performing at Bunjil Place
Australia’s legendary musical treasure will tour Australia in 2024 performing her ‘Still Shining’ album concert repertoire.
This two-and-a-half-hour musical showcase is a celebration of Marcia’s career and will feature every charting song from her vast repertoire, commencing with ‘Fire and Rain’ through to the discotheque era and to 2023 with the greatest hits album and ‘The Gospel According to Marcia’.
Marcia has returned to the judging panel for the 2024 season of Australian Idol on the Seven Network and is currently touring Australia in the hit stage production Grease the Musical.
Marcia’s love affair with Australian audiences continues in 2024. Having sold over three million copies of her 23 albums, been inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2007 and awarded the Order of Australia (AM) in 2009 for her services to the Australian entertainment industry, a Marcia Hines concert is a celebration of her journey, the highs, the lows and the extraordinary relationship she has with Australian audiences.
